On Thursday and Friday The Year 6’s from Paihia School went on a trip to the Waitangi  treaty grounds. When we got there we met two people that worked there. There names were Whaea Kerry and Whaea Monica. We went to the learning center. We had to Split into two groups. My group got to do the fun activities. We did  interesting stuff like SculptGL, Paint 3D, VR (Virtual Reality) Stop Motion, DashBots and Green Screen. My Favorite was the VR because i because it was my first time using it..When we Finished having a tutu with all the stuff it was our turn to go for a heikoie We  got SmartPhones so we can take photos of the stuff in the museum. We first looked at a wall and we talked what was important about it.Then we went into the museum and saw pictures of the sailboats that people came in and the European people that came to New Zealand. Monica started telling us why Abel Tasman Wasn't able to stay and the sailboats and other interesting stuff as walked around the whole musuem.
